Construction & Scaffolding Apprenticeships | SIMIAN

2022-05-29 00:33:12 By : Mr. Paco Wong

Simian offers a growing number of apprenticeship schemes including Scaffolding, Roofing, and Civil Engineering Groundworks.

Becoming an apprentice is an excellent way to learn while earning a wage, offering many benefits to both apprentices and their employers. Apprentices are provided with specialist and nationally recognised construction industry skills and qualifications, so both the apprentice and their employer benefit!

As well as boosting productivity, apprenticeships can help companies to compete in the modern marketplace. Research shows that over 75% of employers agreed that taking on apprentices helped to make their organisations more competitive.

We work with a wide range of employers across the construction industry, and deliver apprenticeships to all age groups, from school leavers (16-year-olds) to adults. The length of the apprenticeships typically ranges from 18 to 24 months, depending on the apprenticeship type. Our schemes provide a blend of workplace experience and specialist skills training.

To be eligible for SIMIAN’s apprenticeship programme, learners must be sponsored by an employer. The course is open to learners of all ages.

If you would like to find out more information about booking yourself or an employee onto a scaffolding apprenticeship programme, or have further questions about eligibility, please contact us by calling 0345 602 2418 or emailing apprenticeships@simian-risk.com
